Christmas Cookie Party~

I love to have a simple Christmas Cookie Party..... HOW, do you do that, you ask...Well, keeping it simple , is really the ONLY way to enjoy it. In years past we would combine getting pizza too, so I didn't need to mess with dinner or lunch, depending on when we were making the cookies , that worked great!...                                                      

First Off : ALWAYS , make the Cookie Dough ahead of time. Always. That way you already have it done and you don't have to make new messes. Pre-making the dough also allows you to make a variety of cookies. Sugar Cookie Dough(RECIPE HERE)  http://peachiescreativenest.blogspot.com/2011/12/simple-sugar-cookies.html, Gingerbread(RECIPE HERE)  http://www.thecomfortofcooking.com/2013/12/spiced-gingerbread-man-cookies.html , whatever you want. After making the dough , make a few 'Discs' and place into a ziplock or wrap in plastic and refrigerate until your party. Easy Peasy. Get out your rolling pins, cookie cutters and sprinkles-HAVE FUN~Don't be so stressed out that you can't enjoy simplicity~Make a mess and then clean it up when everyone is done~
