Peanut Butter Cookies~

My  husband  LOVES  p-nut  butter  cookies ... I  must  admit  I  don't  make  them  often  enough!!  I  think  he  would have  these  above  any  other  dessert ... well,   maybe  not,  but  I  know  for  sure,  he  likes  these!

BASIC  P-NUT BUTTER COOKIES

• ½ Cup Margarine
• ½ Cup P-Nut Butter
• ½ Cup Sugar
• ½ Cup Brown Sugar

 Mix well then add:

• 1 Egg, Mix again,
• Then Add:
• 1 ¼ Cup Flour
• ½ Tsp Baking Powder
• ¾ Tsp Baking soda

Mix altogether

Roll into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and press down slightly,

this will produce a crispy cookie.

Bake @ 350 for about 8-10 Mins

Remove to cooling rack
