Chocolate Cherry Cake~
This is THE EASIEST & THE BEST cake to make ANYTIME but especially at Christmas.
Simple 3 ingredients or 4 if you add chocolate chips.
~Dark Chocolate Cake Mix ( DRY )
~1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
~3 Eggs
~Chocolate Chips ( optional, but yummy )
~Mix by hand rather than using a mixer to keep cherries from getting smooshed~
~Put DRY cake mix into a bowl along with the cherry pie filling and mix .
~Next beat up the 3 eggs and add to the mix.
~Throw in a handful or two of chocolate chips and mix altogether until blended.
~Spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with non-stick spray or other method.
~Bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 Mins
~This cake is not frosted and is great with ice cream or whipped cream...Enjoy~
